St. John's Cathedral's parishioner, Dee Beggarly, is an incredibly talented artist and a published writer. Her book, What Can I Do For You? A Memoir of Love's Endurance, is about sharing life's journey by walking the paths of loss and grief together.
Each book comes with a Rainy Day notecard (the same image as the book cover), and a St. Francis of Assisi bookmark with Dee's artwork in memory of her daughter, Lori.
Net proceeds from the book sales will go to the Lori Foundation, a charitable foundation established in Lori's memory. These funds will be distributed to charitable organizations or individuals in need of financial assistance.
We also carry a selection of Dee's notecards made from her original art to the bookstore to sell. All proceeds from sale of these cards are a 100% donation for our ministry.
