16" x 17" Quilted lined Designer Tote by Sewing Hope for DESC. Sewing Hope is a small group of Jacksonville women who sew children’s dresses to donate clothing to DESC (Downtown Ecumenical Services Council). Proceeds from the sales of these designer tote bags go to purchase the necessary fabric and supplies for these dresses.
